This Privacy Policy explains how Atlas Relief handles personal information collected through this website, atlasrelief.com. We have built the site to collect as little as possible, and we never sell your data.

"Atlas Relief" (also "we", "us", "our") refers to Atlas Relief Group Co. Ltd. in Uganda and Atlas Relief Services Ltd. in South Sudan, together with our corporate office in Sonipat, India. We are an institutional supplier and engineering contractor serving NGOs and UN agencies across East Africa.
2. Information we collect
We only collect personal information that you choose to give us through our enquiry forms, namely:
- Your name;
- Your email address;
- Your telephone number;
- The type of enquiry; and
- Any details you include in your message.
Our web server also automatically records standard technical information in its access logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) so we can keep the site secure and running reliably. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not build marketing profiles about you.
3. How we use your information
We use the details you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, and communicate with you about the products and services you have asked about. Server log data is used only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
4. Legal bases
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on your consent (which you give by submitting an enquiry) and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and keeping our website secure.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Enquiries you submit are delivered by email to our team and may be shared internally between our South Sudan, Uganda, and India offices so that the right office can respond. We may share information with the service providers that host our website and email, and with authorities where we are legally required to do so.

We operate across South Sudan, Uganda, and India, so information you send us may be processed in any of these countries. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled securely wherever it is processed.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records — typically up to 24 months — unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing business relationship. Server logs are rotated and deleted on a routine schedule.
8. How we protect it
The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so while we work to protect your data we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. To make a request, email inquiry@atlasrelief.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
10. Third-party services
To display our chosen typefaces, this website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When it does, your browser requests files from Google's servers, which means Google may receive your IP address and standard request information; this is governed by Google's own privacy policy. Our pages may also link to third-party websites (for example, manufacturer or partner sites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
11. Children's privacy
This is a business-to-business website intended for professional and institutional users. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
