Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. They govern your use of the Atlas Relief website, atlasrelief.com.
1. About these terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Who we are
This website is operated by Atlas Relief Group Co. Ltd. (Uganda) and Atlas Relief Services Ltd. (South Sudan), with a corporate office in Sonipat, India (together, "Atlas Relief", "we", "us", "our").
3. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content at scale, or using it in any way that could damage, disable, or disrupt the site or its security.
4. Information is for guidance only
The content of this website is provided for general information about our products and services. Nothing on the website is a binding offer to sell, or a guarantee of price, specification, or availability. Any quotation, lead time, or price becomes binding only when confirmed in writing by an authorised member of our team in a formal offer or contract.
5. Product and project information
We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, and capability information accurate and current, but they are indicative and may change without notice. Actual goods and engineering deliverables are supplied against the agreed specification set out in the relevant contract or purchase order.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, the "Atlas Relief" name and logo, graphics, photographs, and page design — is owned by or licensed to Atlas Relief and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own legitimate procurement or reference purposes, but you may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse our content without our prior written permission. Third-party logos shown on the site (for example, those of manufacturers and partners) remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Enquiries and communications
When you submit an enquiry through the website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. We will handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only; we do not control, and are not responsible for, their content, products, or practices.
9. Availability and "as is"
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Relief will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss or damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — this website, or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdictions in which our principal operating entities are established, namely the Republic of South Sudan and the Republic of Uganda. Where your dealing is with a specific Atlas Relief entity, the law of that entity's country applies. Any goods or engineering contract may specify its own governing law and forum, which will take precedence for that contract.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version, and your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the revised terms.
13. Contact
